How much water should I be drinking a day?

Generally, the advice is around 8 glasses of water per day. However, this will depend on your activity levels, the temperature you are living in and on your diet. Salty foods can make you thirsty and want to drink more water.
Signs you should drink more water / fluids might be:
  • Dry mouth, feeling of thirst
  • Dry eyes, skin that feels dry
  • Dark coloured urine
  • Dizziness, tirednes, headaches
  • Constipation
Best advice, drink water with every meal and sip water through out the day.

Ways to drink more water

For best flavour after preparation, pop it in the fridge for at least 4 hours or to let the fruit flavours infuse into the water. If it is being used on the same day, top up with more tap water to re-infuse and get a second use out of the flavours.
