GREENOCK

25 miles west of Glasgow, Greenock was the site of the first dock on the river Clyde in 1711.

A popular and prosperous ship building town, Greenock still retains many of its beautiful Victorian buildings. The Tap is situated in Clyde Square, just next to the Victoria Tower.
